Our Volunteers; Our Pride

With our mission ‘Be the change you want to see’, we continue to add value to the people in the rural areas. Our volunteers, doctors and nurses visit different villages to spread awareness and provide medical aid to the women. Our volunteers along with the Zillah Parishad ASHA workers visit different villages to educate the villagers. They play a vital role in our organization by providing timely support to people, the community and the society.

The ASHA workers are a great source of support and are actively involved in various programs. One such program is the ‘Breast CancerAwareness Rally’. One of our active volunteers Juned Shaikh stated that “Connecting, communicating and spreading awareness related to Breast cancer in different villages with GeBBS Foundation team as volunteer coordinator is a good way of giving back to the society. It is a great experience to become active in the society and educate women and make them aware about their health issues. As a volunteer, I feel fortunate to make a real difference and save lives. The result of this initiative helps women in rural areas go through free check-ups and treatments in the GeBBS Foundation mobile van Clinic on Wheels”.

Our Volunteers are our Motivators! They are always ready to go that extra mile and serve the society. They are actively involved in our regular healthcare camps and always provide extended support to our Cervical Cancer survivors. One of our survivors, Mangalbai appreciated our volunteers and stated that “The warmth, the affection and the care I received from GeBBS Foundation volunteers is indeed commendable. They took care of everything, starting from purchasing medicines to giving me food. Their support and work made a huge difference in my life. I no longer feel that I am alone, I feel I am related and connected to the GeBBS Foundation volunteers.” Hence, we continue to appreciate their hard work and award them and ensure that their work in spreading awareness goes smoothly.
Be a volunteer and join us in giving back to the society.
