Maintain social distancing, not withdrawing from society

Currently we all are facing challenges in the form of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is definitely a global health crisis which is affecting hundreds of millions who live in poverty. But that doesn’t stop us from saving lives and livelihoods in rural India.

Our volunteers are generously contributing their time and skills to support the people in the rural areas. With them,we are continuously supporting the livelihood of the people living in the villages of Aurangabad & Jalna by distributing food packets. In the last few days we have distributed food packets to 150 families. Our aim is to help the people in the rural areas.

To further protect them from corona and other health crisis like cervical and breast cancer, we continue to run our healthcare camps where our MGM doctors and nurses are accessible to give primary health care. The initial testing and screening process is done in our well-equipped mobile van.Patients detected with Cervical Cancer are recommended to visit the MGM hospital at Aurangabad.

In the last couple of weeks, we had organized camps in Thar, Waghola, Lohagad & Lingdari village. We will continue to dedicate our service to humanity even during this pandemic period.
